Program 02

Develop 360-Degree Player Plan

Overview

One Player. One Plan. Four Dimensions.

Generic sessions produce generic players. The 360-degree plan translates each athlete's identity assessment into a personal curriculum across four dimensions: technique, tactics, athleticism and mindset. Every dimension has measurable targets, assigned drills and a named coach accountable for progress.

Plans run in six-week cycles. At the end of each cycle the player, parents and coaches sit down together, review the footage and the numbers, and set the next block of targets.

What's included

  • Personal curriculum across all four dimensions
  • Weekly individual session plus small-group training
  • Monthly video review with annotated clips
  • Athletic screening and injury-prevention program
  • Six-week review meeting with parents

WEEKS 3–4

Add pressure

The same skills under opposition, fatigue and time limits — transferring technique into game situations.

WEEKS 5–6

Prove it

Match application, final testing against cycle targets, and the review meeting that sets the next block.
