Program 03
Identify Player Role Models
You Become What You Study.
Young players improve fastest when they have a clear picture of excellence. Our coaches help each athlete choose two role models: one professional whose game mirrors their identity, and one senior Ridgeline player they can watch and question every week.
Through guided film study, mentor training sessions and quarterly Q&A evenings with guest professionals, players learn to steal the right details — movement, habits and mentality — instead of just copying celebrations.
What's included
- Personal role-model study plan matched to playing identity
- Weekly mentor session with a senior academy player
- Monthly film-study workshop with annotated pro clips
- Quarterly guest evenings with professional players
- Player journal tracking lessons applied in matches
From Watching to Becoming
STEP 1
Choose wisely
Coaches match each player with a pro and a senior mentor whose position and profile fit their identity.
STEP 2
Study deeply
Film workshops break down one specific trait per month — scanning, body shape, timing of runs.
STEP 3
Apply weekly
Mentor sessions and match assignments turn each studied trait into a trained, tested habit.
Players Aged 10 to 19.
Open to every enrolled Ridgeline player, the role-model program is especially powerful for teenagers forming their playing identity and for scholars who need professional habits before trials and showcases.
